work colleagues will die. That's right! But then you knew
that didn't you? But have you decided when you are going to
die? Or come to think of it, your key people within your business
are going to die?
That's right unfortunately as a boss that's one think you
really don't have control over.
Life Insurance
Life insurance is the most simple and easy way to insure
that key person within your company. Exactly the same as you
would insure your own life to safeguard your family. I simple
lump sum pay out in the event of death or terminal illness
diagnosis. (subject to insurer)
Critical Illness Cover
With all the advances in medical science more and more people
survive and go on to live a relatively normal life. But they
may not enjoy the same mobility and good health as they did.
Big challenges have often have to be over come and unfortunately
the job and position they held before may not be a possibility
anymore.
Critical illness cover will pay out a lump sum of money or
a monthly payment on diagnosis of a critical illness. This
could help finance the business while this person is away
or evan go towards private medical care in order to help get
the person back to work as soon as possible. Or simple the
money could help to finance the loss accursed due to the key
